All in stock items are processed and shipped withing 24 business hours. If we have any questions about your order, we will contact you.
Inspect your shipment immediately when it arrives. If loss or damage is discovered, notify your delivering carrier immediately. We have no responsibility in this matter as title to the merchandise passes to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier, however, if we can be of any assistance in any way, please let us know.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return them to us within 14 days from receipt as long as they are in new, resalable condition.
You will need to contact us to get an RGA number. As long as the items are in new resalable condition, we will issue you credit. Shipping fees are not refundable. A restocking fee may apply.
After 14 days we may at our discretion be able to accept an item for return, however these returns, if authorized, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be in new, resalable condition.
All returns must be shipped to us prepaid. We suggest you use a carrier with tracking ability such as UPS or FedEx. Shipping fees are not refundable
