Both DirectAdmin and cPanel ship with CentOS only; unmetered hosted domain names; demand an additional login for domain, invoice transaction and ticket support handling activities; complete root-level access. All dedicated web hosting servers are available exclusively in the American datacenter facility.

Control Panel ¹ - The Hepsia web hosting Control Panel is a regular tool only when combined with the Debian Linux OS and is supplied free of charge. With Hepsia you can host unmetered top level domain names under one single hosting account. This is possible owing to Hepsia's efficient Domain Manager section. The other CP interfaces, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are available solely with CentOS. Unlike Hepsia, with them you must use TWO autonomous user accounts. This is so, since cPanel and DirectAdmin do not provide any domain name registration/transfer/management possibilities. If you opt for Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated web server, there will be no Control Panel possibility.

Hosted Site Names ² - unlimited domains can be hosted with all offered web hosting CP setups, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your web site names under one web hosting account. Regrettably, the cPanel/DirectAdmin Control Panel setups do not present such possibility at all - there is no Domain Manager menu and therefore they call for 2 different user account logins: one domain name administration/billing/support user account and one website administration account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin CP).

OS (Operating System) ³ - you will find that the Hepsia Control Panel is offered with Debian Linux only. It's free of cost to install it on your dedicated web server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin hosting CP tools work only with the CentOS OS. Neither of them is offered with Debian or Ubuntu.
